We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support leadership team in a dynamic financial services environment.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities include managing schedules across various regions for C suite stakeholders, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence. The successful applicant will be a key contributor to our team's efficiency, ensuring smooth operations and effective project management.
The ideal candidate should have minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience in financial services, investment or a related field.
