An Tech focus company is seeking for an Enterprise Architect to help the company to build up a solid in-house technology team and moving into cloud solution. 
  • Leads the Technology Development, Operations and Technology Risk functions of the organisation
  • Provides technology leadership, develops and executes a robust technology architecture roadmap, supporting across all the business unit in the organisation.
  • Creates, designs and implements a core system that supports the company's strategic and long term goals
  • Develops and delivers quality, innovative solutions and projects on scope, on budget and on time
  • Acts as the senior point of escalation for issue troubleshooting, reporting and resolution
  • Identify security threats, formulate strategies and methods to mitigate the threats
  • As part of business continuity plan, ensures no failure in business operations and appropriate disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested for readiness for unforeseen and unexpected events which can impact the business continuity
  • Leads system analysis, design work of various business and technical transformation projects
  • Oversees the core functions of code compilation, development as well as maintenance of common core module system
  • Performs system optimization, fixes technological problems, ensures continuous improvement of the system operating in an environment under high concurrency, maintains high performance amidst high volume, resolves all system risk events, ensures the safety of the system and its stability
  • In charge of building a strong team to deliver Technology strategy, resource planning, talent management, professional skills development, performance management while ensuring diversity and inclusion
  • Responsible for guiding and training systems/software development team

The Candidate:
  • Degree in Computer Engineering/Science or a related discipline is preferred;
  • Min 10 years relevant experience in leading the design, development, implementation of large scale and highly available enterprise wide architecture systems with complex and diverse integration with other applications and systems;
  • Able to review existing XPF business environment and technology landscape; to strategize and develop a solid 5 years architecture roadmap for technology transformation
  • Highly experienced with .NET, React, Electron, Java, JSP/JSF, Spring/Struts framework, Hibernate, Javascript, XML & related technologies as well as UML notation tools;
  • Depth of experience with web application and database design considerations;
  • Familiar with Microsoft Technology (OS, SQL ,Azure – IaaS, PaaS, etc);
  • Familiarity with Software Change/Configuration Management and Build Processes in a complex environment;
  • Experience with working in an environment that is transforming from traditional software development to DevOps;
