Energy and Infrastructure lawyer (4-9PQE)
Join an established team within a global law firm as a senior associate where you will focus on energy and infrastructure transactional matters covering LNG, oil and gas, power and other critical infrastructure. In this supportive and dynamic environment, you will also be exposed to the multinational client portfolio which includes major energy companies, international developers and financial investors.
The ideal candidate will have corporate transactional experience across M&A, joint ventures, project development, commercial contracts (including supply, offtake and trading) and regulation in energy and infrastructure. As a senior associate, you will also mentor junior and mid-level associates in the team and participate in business development alongside the partners.
Your profile:
- Currently working in a top-tier Singapore practice or another International law firm
- Admitted to a common law jurisdiction (Singapore, England & Wales, New York, Australia, New Zealand etc)
- 4-9 PQE (candidates outside of this range can be considered based on relevant experience)
- Open to relocation for candidates outside of Singapore
