You will be responsible for overseeing the Singapore finance function; MAS and SGX regulatory requirements and submissions, financial closing workflow and processes, corporate tax/GST matters and managing of internal and external auditors.  Lead management information and any new business changes, strengthen internal control processes and oversee the firm’s secretarial matters.
 
The ideal candidate has at least 12 years relevant experience with strong understanding of MAS and SGX regulatory requirements. Strong experience managing a team and strong communication skills to be able to liaise with senior stakeholders.
