Based in Singapore and reporting to the Global CRO, you will work closely with the team in the Asia Pacific.
 
The ideal candidate will be an energetic, driven individual with a hunter mentality who will take ownership of the sales team and a set of new accounts to drive significant growth. Successful candidates will have a demonstrated track record of overachievement from closing complex enterprise deals in technology with experience selling technology solutions (preferably enterprise collaboration and UCC) to Fortune 500 companies.  

 
Key Responsibilities
 
  • Lead and coach (a team of 3-5 AEs) by providing clear direction and KPIs
  • Strategise and execute business development and go-to-market strategies in the region via both direct and channel sales and vertical markets (Government, Education, O&G, Enterprise, and Professional services etc) approaches.
  • Build and execute account plans for named accounts in the region
  • Build a sound, sustainable, and exponential growth business to increase the market share
  • Collaborate with the team in APAC for matters relating to Product, Services, Sales & Operations, HR & Finance leaders to ensure that the goals are in alignment with APAC business initiatives.


Requirements:


  • Minimum 8 years of business development and sales leadership experience within the Enterprise collaboration, high-performance visualization, and meeting room environment.
  • Senior account management experience and a proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing deals with channel and end users
  • Prior experience with sales forecasting/budgeting,
  • Excellent presentation skills and a strong understanding of culture and best business practices within the Asia Pacific
  • Proven track record of running a successful sales team
  • Strong people manager with the ability to effectively communicate the company’s vision and growth strategy
