If you're looking for a role that will give back to the community and help support a program of work with a social focus, then this may be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

We're looking for 2 x experienced data professionals, with demonstrable experience working as either a Salesforce Data Analyst, or a Data Analyst that has worked with the Salesforce platform, to join & support the work in both the project stream and operational stream of a key program of work within a State Gov department.

The role will see you analyse data to identify issues, trends, patterns and solutions to help the business teams with their work.
You’ll also support ad-hoc analysis of data in multiple business areas, including functional requirements and system enhancement requests.

This will be a predominantly WFH arrangement, with a future requirement to possibly work in their Parramatta office 1 or 2 days a week.

What we're looking for:
  • 3+ years experience of working in large scale Digital Transformation Projects involving data migration, data profiling or data remediation on a Salesforce platform based CRM.
  • 3+ years experience in using ETL tools, such as Microsoft SSIS or Informatica or SQL databases with strong SQL skills.
  • Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst in a Salesforce environment.
  • Experience in loading structured and unstructured data in Salesforce using Workbench or Dataloader.
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce concepts like Workflows, Triggers, Platform Events, and debugging logs.
  • Strong SQL and ETL skills.
