  • The scope of this role is to understand business needs, and the strategic direction of the organization, and lead a program of delivering business software solutions that drive sales and marketing effectiveness, while improving user experience, quality and efficiency.
  • This role will be the main contact for the commercial organization (Sales, Marketing, Training etc.) to work with to develop software solutions that drive efficiency and execution of business strategies & processes.
  • This individual will drive innovation and improvement; architect business solutions; bring together commercial, functional and IT teams.


SFE & CRM Lead
  • Main contact for creating and governing SFE processes/ solutions to meet the business objectives.
  • Enable an efficient and continuous function of the corporate CRM suite (Salesforce.com) to improve sales force effectiveness (SFE).
  • Partner with IT to define software solution capabilities, build roadmaps, establish project portfolio, prioritize backlog and deliver solutions using Agile delivery model.
  • Provide technology leadership in CRM to shape, design solutions and deliver effective user-centric and intuitive tools that aid commercial teams.
  • Implement, monitor and report on CRM/ SFE Key Performance Indicators
  • Aligns and translates SFE initiatives into CRM/ SFE project plans with clarity on expected outcomes, scope, schedules and key milestones.
  • Lead software development as a Product Owner; Lead deployment and organizational change of new capabilities and tools to the commercial team (including roll-out plans, training and tracking).
 

Subject Matter Expert
  • You are a Salesforce.com Subject Matter Expert
  • Capability Building is a MUST
  • Maintain experienced level knowledge of CRM software solutions functionality, configuration and process design and serves as champion for issue resolution
  • Represents APAC & JJSV in regional/ global forums, change advisory boards and other required forums
  • Lead the CRM User Acceptance Testing (UAT) ; define scope, review/approve script and complete together with country testers and ensure testing is completed on time.
  • Provide CRM on-going support and business administration. Understand the business processes, provide solutions and root cause analysis to quickly fix production system and process issues.
  • Data Governance activities around CRM suite (migration, data mapping, data upload, identify data quality issue and work with data analyst and local partners to improve CRM data quality)
  • Coordinate Team SharePoint site
  • Understanding of data models and undertaking analysis of data held in a variety of formats
  • Ensure quality data processes are in place to guarantee accurate qualitative metrics
 

Master Trainer

  • Provides mentorship and training on SFE software solutions to country trainers, sales managers and leaders. Conduct in the field mentoring where needed.
  • Coordination between regional and country teams to ensure alignment and consistency
  • Develop and maintain sales process training material and disseminating standard methodologies.
  • Trains and guides super-users and trainers


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree. Business administration/ Marketing/ IT preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant commercial experience in implementing/ managing CRM (Salesforce.com preferred).
  • Experience in CRM data integration tools with different business systems (ETL/ API)
  • Experience in Project Management (IT or software preferred) and/or Agile
  • Experience in Confluence, JIRA
  • Experience in commercial excellence/ sales force effectiveness/ business intelligence
  • Working knowledge of MS SharePoint
  • Working knowledge of business intelligence tools (Power BI or Tableau preferred)
  • Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong MS Excel & PPT skills
  • Excellent communication skills
