Responsibilities would include:
 

  • Facilitate and support in the project management and execution of post deal integration projects
  • Support facilitation of Group initiatives to drive integration and synergies across all entities
  • Support the development of an effective integration plan that is in line with synergy targets and value realization
  • Support monitoring and tracking the progress of various integration workstreams and tasks
  • Working with various Group Functions and entities to assist in smooth integration planning and implementation of projects by assisting with keeping track of responsibilities overseeing action items and strategies
  • Provide secretariat support for senior management meetings with entities and Group Functions
  • Support in the development of strategic plans for the Group and entities
  • Perform research, analysis, assist in preparation of management and board materials including coordinating with other functions across the Group
 

Profile of Ideal Candidate:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Years of relevant experience: 2-5 in corporate finance / advisory / consulting firms
  • Direct work experience in post-deal integration, corporate planning, strategic planning will be valuable
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving: the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources, identify problems and recommend solutions
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments concurrently while prioritizing the duties assigned
  • Proven ability in project management & coordination skills
  • Good understanding of financial statements and accounting
  • Hands on, with good work ethics
  • Strong written and communication skills, with ability to engage stakeholders across all levels
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, positive attitude and team player
  • Interest in healthcare sector and businesses
