The Role:
Our client is a US law firm in Hong Kong. They are now seeking a corporate paralegal in their corporate team. You will be working closely with a professional partner on mergers and acquisitions and capital market related matters for international clients.
Requirements:
- 1 + Year of Paralegal Experience
- Solid Experience in Corporate Practice
- Strong Command in English and Chinese for internal & external communications and engagement
