Our client, an established global Corporate Bank is looking for a Corporate Receptionist to manage the front desk reception duties as well as to support the Administration team of the Sydney branch.  

Responsibilities (Reception & Administration):
  • General front desk duties - answering and diverting incoming calls, meeting and greeting of arriving visitors or clients.
  • Clerical duties - filing, photocopying and general record management.
  • Diary management and meeting rooms calendar management.
  • Travel booking arrangements for all staff.
  • Company catering management and organise event bookings. 
  • Mail collection and distribution
  • Office stationery management for Sydney branch.
  • Appointments and meetings scheduling for Executives / Senior Management team.
  • Company facilities management and liaison with cleaners, building managers etc.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of similar experience in a similar role as Company Receptionist.
  • Friendly and engaging team player who can take initiatives to get things done.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a mature and confident approach to provide timely support to all staff.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritising ability, to meet conflicting deadlines.
  • Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment.
