The Role:
Our client is a well-known UK law firm in Hong Kong. They are now seeking a senior associate with solid M&A experience to join their dynamic M&A team. The team advise multinational corporations, as well as global and regional private equity funds and their portfolio companies, on complex multi-jurisdictional M&A, private equity, and joint venture transactions across Asia.
Requirements
- 5+ PQE Hong Kong Qualified Lawyer with Solid Corporate Experience
- Proficient in English and Chinese for internal & external communications and engagement
