The Role:
Our client is a leading international law firm in Hong Kong. They are now seeking a corporate lawyer in their corporate team. You will be working closely with a professional partner on corporate finance matters including Rule 144A, initial public offerings, debt offerings, bonds, Regulation S and SEC registered equity.
Requirements:
- 3 – 5 years’ experienced US Qualified Lawyer
- Solid Experience in Corporate Practice
- Strong Command in English and Chinese for internal & external communications and engagement
