Corporate Finance Senior Manager
 
A commodity firm is seeking a Corporate Finance Senior Manager to join their fast-growing organisation.
 
Coming onboard as a Corporate Finance Senior Manager, you will be supporting the business in analysing the rolling forecast, annual budget and long-term projections, creative corporate finance solutions and their application to businesses & strategies. You will also be working closely with their advisors and investors based in various regions.  Got to be comfortable in preparing financial projections, equity/debt models, corporate valuation, and analysis.
 
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s in finance. Qualifications such as CPA/ CFA /CA/ MBA would be a plus. A minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience.
