The role

  • As a Consultant you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, including account management and new business development, sourcing for talent, and executing cross-border placements.

  • Continually challenge yourself to create and deliver tailored and innovative search solutions across retained, exclusive, contingent, contracting, and special projects (market mapping, talent pipelining, EVP build-out, etc.)

  • Exceed client expectations by building robust relationships based on mutual trust and respect, and developing a detailed understanding of each client’s organisation and recruitment needs

What we are looking for?

  • 2+ years relevant recruitment experience whether in large MNC agencies, boutiques, executive search, etc.

  • Passion for being the best in your specialised domain and becoming the “go-to” expert

  • Ability and track record of strong revenue performance and client network

  • An outgoing, resilient, and driven personality
