The Role:
My Client is a leading Digital Bank and we are looking for a Compliance Advisory professional to join the team in Singapore. Being the pioneer of the Digital Banking scene in Singapore, you will be given the opportunity to oversee all Regulatory Compliance related work and work with senior leaders in the Industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and spearhead new Compliance framework within the business
  • Identify Compliance gaps and implement framework to mitigate gaps and risks
  • Spearhead policies to mitigate Business Risk, Outsourcing Risk, Corporate Governance regulations etc.
  • Ensure that policies are in line with Regulatory requirements and provide advisory to the business.
  • Any other adhoc Regulatory Compliance duties across the Group level
  • Maintain and build a Compliance culture in the firm
 
You must:
  • A bachelors degree in a reputable university
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in a Compliance Advisory role – ideally with experience in ORM Risk, Non Financial Risk, Internal Controls etc
  • Strong understanding of Banking Acts and MAS Regulations
  • Be able to work independently, while also being a strong team player
