- 根据公司整体战略发展，制定年度财务规划，搭建财务制度流程与体系，完善部门组织架构人才培养；
- 完善公司财务预算、独立核算体系，推进公司财务信息化，完善公司项目机制完善；
- 负责公司资本运作相关工作，提升资本市场表现
Requirements:
- 全日制本科以上学历，会计、财务、金融等财务相关专业
- 10年以上财务相关工作经验，出色的内部财务管理经验，同时具备大型外资及本土公司的工作经验为佳。
- 在境外上市高科技公司担任过CFO或Finance VP角色， 有良好的资本市场资源及出色的商业意识，熟悉高科技行业，有出色的推动力
- 踏实沉稳，沟通出色，英文听说读写流利
