The Role:

Our client is one of the top-tier international law firm in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a Business Development Specialist to join the firm.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the firm’s services
  • Create and manage content for the company's website, social media channels, and other digital platforms
  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities
  • Collaborate with Partners and fee earners to support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts
  • Analyse marketing metrics and campaign performance to optimize strategies
  • Manage media relations and act as a point of contact for public inquiries
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the firm’s brand identity
  • Manage the firm's participation in legal directories and awards, including providing input into partner business plans, pitches, and cross-practice initiatives
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field with at least 5 years of exepreince in legal or professional industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin for internal & external communications and engagement
  • Proficiency in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing tools
  • Ability to work independently with an innovative mindset and analytical skills
