Our Client is a large Asian bank, seeking an experienced Business Compliance VP to join its Structured Finance department. You will be providing Compliance advisory for the structured financing of projects for its corporate clients, and resolve or manage any potential compliance breaches.
You will:
- Have at least 10 years of relevant experience in a compliance advisory position or similar, within a regulated financial institution. Experience in corporate banks will be highly advantageous.
- Possess expert knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and related MAS regulations
- Have experience with project financing
- Have strong communication skills and work well collaborating with stakeholders across seniorities.
- Legally trained candidates with project finance coverage are welcome to apply.
