The Company:

Our client, a fast-growing global insurance firm is seeking a skilled Manager/Senior Manager level candidate with experience in Business Management & Analytics. The preferred experience lies with MIS report for sales/product performance at Insurance/Financial Service sector. This role will be based in Hong Kong with flexibility to also be based in Singapore.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage strategic plan development/ budget planning/ forecasting process/ sales target setting
  • Provide and manage management and performance reporting with insightful analysis and recommendations to various management groups and stakeholders
  • Analyze performance across revenue and expenses lines to identify and explore business opportunities
  • Monitor timely execution of various strategic initiatives to support growth of the channel across 10 markets in SEA
  • Drives the sales operation and optimisation units with key insights to support delivery of key channel KPIs
  • Drive the sales operation and optimisation units with key insights to support delivery of key channel KPIs with all markets
  • Define, drive and develop sales incentive scheme for sales channels
  • Ensure compliance with local budget and expense guideline, establish and maintain appropriate internal controls

 
Requirements:

  • Preferably a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing and/or information systems related disciplines 
  • 7-10 years of experience in a strategy and business planning, management consulting or digital commerce role
  • Hands-on experience in Strategy/ business planning and channel management experience, with at least 3-5 years of contribution to P&L management
  • At least 3-5 years of experience and track record in driving sales whilst delivering customer conversion and acquisition cost optimisation
  • At least 3-5 years of experience and track record in eCommerce platform management and website analytics
