Business Analysts understand that banking compliance can be a form of government regulation that subjects banks to certain requirements, restrictions and guidelines. This is designed to create market transparency between banking institutions and the individuals.

We are seeking experienced Senior Business Analysts who can work with stakeholders from senior executives, to operations and product teams to deliver banking products compliance and services. 

You will develop and have exciting hands on experience to address business focused customer and regulatory programs against a backdrop of a rapidly changing technology landscape. 
 
Experience required for this role include:
  • 2+ years as a E2E Business Analyst ideally from a financial services or banking
  • Banking product exposure (ideal)
  • Recent experience across customer impacting programs
  • Root cause and gap analysis
  • Process mapping and modelling
  • Experience engaging with diverse stakeholders eg. risk, compliance and product teams
