The Role:
Our client is a UK law firm in Hong Kong. They are now seeking a Paralegal in their banking and finance team. You will be assisting the team in advising on corporate banking, finance transactions and project finance in the transport and energy sectors.
- Provide legal and support to the Banking & Finance Team
- Prepare and review finance transactional documents
- Perform legal research
Requirements:
- Law graduates with 1 – 3 years of paralegal experience in banking and finance
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
