The Role:
Our client is a top international law firm in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a legal secretary to join their banking team. You will provide full spectrums of secretarial and administrative support to fee-earners.
- Responsible for formatting, editing, and proofreading document
- Responsible for updating and maintaining filing system
- Schedule meetings and manage the calendar
Requirements:
- 1-2 year(s) of experience as a legal secretary is preferred
- Fluent communication and writing skills in English and Chinese
