The Role:
Our client is an international law firm in Hong Kong. They are now seeking a banking associate in their team. You will be working closely with partners and senior associates to handle cases related to debt and security enforcement, PE funds formation, M&A, SFC licensing, and regulatory compliance. You will be advising global banks, SFC corporations, and financial institutions.
Requirements
- 1 – 3 PQE Hong Kong Qualified Lawyers
- Solid Experience in Banking and Finance Area
- Proficient in English and Chinese
