The Role:
Our client is an international law firm in Hong Kong. They are now seeking a banking and finance lawyer in their banking team. You will be working with an experienced partner and associates to handle cross-border financing transitions, acquisition finance, funds finance, bank leverage, and acquisition finance.
Requirements:
- A common law legal qualification (US, UK or HK qualification preferred)
- Solid experience in the leveraged and acquisition finance
- Strong command in English and Korean
