  • Candidates must have relevant financial services experience in a project management / business planning or processing / performance management function 

Responsibilities:
  • Document business processes, workflows, and functional requirements, conduct gap analysis 
  • Work with technical teams to design solutions that align with business goals, and evaluate potential banking software, tools/ platforms to recommend suitable options
  • Manage project timelines, scope, and resources in coordination with project managers
  • Testing and Implementation Support: Develop test cases and scenarios for user acceptance testing (UAT), Coordinate with QA teams and business units to validate and test solutions
  • Identify risks associated with processes, systems, or projects and propose mitigation strategies
  • Analyse existing business processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive practices to recommend improvements

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master’s in Finance) and professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, CBAP, or PMP) advantageous 
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in a related role in financial services 
  • Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and experience with financial analysis tools (Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization software)
  • Knowledge of CRM Systems: ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or CRM systems is a plus
  • Ability to analyse and interpret financial information and translate to visuals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to create reports and presentations for stakeholders
  • Experience in project management, including scoping, timelines, and stakeholder coordination
  • Good stakeholder management and communications
  • Team player
