  • Permanent headcount, based in Singapore
  • Leading buyside firm 
  • 3 year contract role before conversion to perm; Candidates must have relevant sector experience covering Infrastructure / Real Assets / Real Estate and in an Investment related role

Responsibilities:
  • Primarily cover infrastructure investment opportunities and existing portfolio companies across Asia Pacific 
  • Look into investment in infrastructure companies with stable and predictable cash flows, long-term inflation protection and reasonable risk-adjusted returns.
  • Evaluate and execute new infrastructure investments
  • Prepare financial analysis such as DCF models
  • Prepare and present quantitative and qualitative analysis to the investment committee
  • Establish, develop and maintain relationships with counterparties and potential investee companies
  • Manage and report on assigned investments; provide support at investor and board meetings, interact with management and other investors on a regular basis and work on various strategic initiatives with investee companies

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Deep curiosity to learn, impeccable work ethic, team-first approach and interest in becoming a strong investment professional
  • Ideally at least 1-3 years of work experience with a working knowledge of investments/ corporate finance. Relevant work experience in a consultancy firm, an Investment Bank or a buyside firm covering Infrastructure / Real Assets / Private Equity investing.
  • Preference for strong financial modeling (DCF, LBO) and inherent interest in dealing with numbers
  • Maturity and strong written and verbal communication skills are critical due to close interaction required with senior members of investment team and external parties
