The Role:

The company is a world leader in providing integrated corporate advisory and compliance solutions to its clients across onshore and offshore markets. Due to rapid business expansion, they are seeking an Assistant Compliance Manager to join their global compliance team in providing strategic and prompt guidance to a large portfolio of diverse clients.


In your new role, you will
  • Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and financial institutions based out of the Asia region
  • Communicate the needs of clients and provide the best compliance solutions and personalised services on AML/CFT matters across multiple jurisdictions
  • Monitor the legal and regulatory changes; conduct trainings and handle enquiries from time to time
  • Bridge between different stakeholders, including third-party service providers and regulatory bodies, in managing risk and compliance matters and escalated technical issues where necessary
  • Maintain the compliance controls and data monitoring systems


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Corporate Governance, or related disciplines
  • 3 to 6 years of AML advisory experience in the financial/ investment industry
  • Compliance knowledge and experience in offshore markets would be an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
