Our client is a fast-growing, regional investment holding company with interests mainly in property development, property investment and hotel ownership. Over the years, our client has developed a portfolio of located real estate assets in Australia, Singapore, Indonesia, and China.

These skill sets are essential for this role as you will be working on a large-scale project’s systems project while also assisting with reporting for a complex international group.You will be working closely with Finance Manager and the other team members to meet all statutory and management reporting requirements.

Your main responsibilities will be but not limited to:

The role: 
  • Perform accounts payable function;
  • Perform month end tasks (including journal posting, invoicing and receipting, reporting, reconciliations);
  • Assist in group reporting to Head Office;
  • Assist in system implementation and migration projects, including checking opening balances, updating schedules, reports, etc.;
  • Assist in external and internal audit;
  • Assist with statutory compliance – FBT, BAS/GST and any other legislative obligations from time to time;
  • Perform other tasks where required.
