Key Responsibilities:
  • Be proactive in enabling Asia Pacific Japan’s priorities by focusing on field capabilities that will help increase customer satisfaction and build a sustainable winning approach to predictably deliver or exceed their Enterprise targets in each Geographic Area.
  • Facilitate company’s top 10 deals in ASEAN
  • To be the Sales Coach for Enterprise Sales Leaders in the ASEAN Region
  • Be the owner for ASEAN markets by working with the Area Enterprise Director and their Field Sales team, alongside Operations or Field Enablement team stakeholders to successfully translate the Enterprise business strategy into consistent world class field sales execution through well-defined enterprise excellence operational priorities.
  • Help optimize the customer experience, sustainably grow market share, and predictably drive revenue to exceed the Area goals and input/output metrics
Key Requirements:
  • Min 20  years of experience in Enterprise sales, Consulting or Business development, including at least 10 years in senior management or leadership functions.
  • Worked in tier one technology companies  
  • Experience in closing $10mil deals and above, strong in strategizing deal closure
    Established a personal C-suite network across the Enterprise market.
    Good understanding of the cloud business
  • Ability to build effective relationships across levels and functions within large complex organisations with relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to earn trust and collaborate with senior business executives
    Ability to effectively lead, orchestrate and deliver results across cross-functional, remote and virtual teams.
    Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, negotiation, influencing
  • Ability to decipher dynamics in complex decision-making processes, read (and effectively address) unarticulated concerns that hold back commitment to change.
    Ability to be hands on and “roll up their sleeves”
