Perm role with Attractive Benefits East Entry Level Job Responsibility Reporting to the Application Support Team Leader, your job responsibilities include but not limited to Provide best in class user support and troubleshooting to internal & external user related to application and system. Provide L1 and L2 support to user by performing incident management. Provide technical support & troubleshooting for applications and hardware. Collaborate and support the internal development teams for release preparation, test and development machine allocation and maintenance. Provide user application systems product knowledge of functions, features from time to time including training and assistance. Maintain and update technical documents and procedures. Create and update customers information. Innovation and analytical skills to generate viable option and develop solutions to diverse workplace issues and take responsibility for outcomes. Work closely and collaborate with infrastructure team to ensure the applications and services are in tip top condition. Perform other duties and participate in any ad-hoc projects as required or requested. Job Qualifications: Minimum Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or relevant discipline with at least 1-2 years similar hands-on working experience in application support. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Understanding of laboratory business and previous experience in the healthcare industry or clinical laboratory will be added advantage. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently with minimum supervision.
