Our Client is a pioneer in the digital banking space in Hong Kong, seeking an experienced AML & Compliance Manager/Senior Manager to provide AML support with client onboarding and account opening, and manage compliance and STR reporting, and also liaise with regulators on licensing and compliance matters, regulatory enquiries and filings in relation to SFC regulated activities.
 
You will:
  • Hold a strong Degree in a relevant discipline, with prior AML/Compliance experience in a similar setting advantageous.
  • Have working experience with SFC Type 1, 4, 9 licenses and related regulations, and with strong experience onboarding retail clients.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Be comfortable working both independently and within a team
