Our client is a financial organisation with a focus to transform the way they deliver excellence and product an service offerings and innovation. We have an immediate opportunity for a Delivery Lead with strong Agile/ SAFe/ expertise to deliver exceptional and seamless omnichannel experiences.

The focus of the position is to be responsible for the delivery of the digital product applications to simplify, enhance and uplift their current customer offerings.
The role will lead the two squads through extracting information from key stakeholders/product owners to optimise the timing of developing business cases, integrated with resource plans, and identifying the value of each delivery.

The focus will proactively identify risks, clear roadblocks, and manage dependencies across highly specialised projects and programs to successfully deliver roadmaps in accordance with the annual operations and investment constraints. This includes a high level of collaboration and integration with the Digital Product teams to link resources and value reporting to the product development from concept to handover and ongoing operations.
You will provide a significant leadership, direction and development to direct reports to achieve a shared understanding and commitment to team objectives, and to build and maintain a collaborative and high-performance culture.   Lead and influence digital teams to redefine the current processes within digital product development, and drive continuous improvement, learning and sharing to mature our digital delivery.

About You

We are looking for a hands-on problem solver with digital and ideally banking experience, particularly in a large, complex organisation. You have a passion for continuous improvement and multiple stakeholder engagement and have the perseverance to make change. You will have the opportunity to use and further develop your leadership skills, to inspire teams and contribute to the digital transformation across regulatory and compliance programs 

key requirements for this role include:   
  • Experience driving Digital projects with budgets ranging from $200K to $1 million to help improve customer experience, drive business productivity and meeting regulatory requirements within Banking
  • Large project experience in digital product development, including understanding the nature of software development, the importance of user experience (UX) and the fundamentals of digital strategy.
  • Senior stakeholder skills is key in managing product development budgets and demonstrating value using agile practices
  • Agile/ SAFe estimation techniques and ability to manage resourcing and spend in the digital development lifecycle.
