An international law firm based in Hong Kong is seeking a highly skilled accountant to join our team. As the Accountant, you will be responsible for all management accounting, managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

 
Responsibilities:
  • Managing the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the firm
  • Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting and regulatory standards
  • Reconciling financial discrepancies and performing variance analysis
  • Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring of financial performance
  • Conducting regular audits of financial operations and procedures
  • Ensuring timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable
  • Assisting with payroll processing and tax filings
  • Managing relationships with external auditors and tax advisors


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA qualification
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
  • Proficiency in law firm accounting softwares such as Aderant, Libra or Elite 3e and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
