- DEEP Training and Content Coordinator

- $900 – $1,000 per day + super | 35 hours per week
About the Role
Reporting into the program team, you will be responsible for assessing ICT training needs, designing contemporary training materials, and coordinating delivery to support end-user adoption of a new enterprise system. With limited existing documentation, you will play a key role in building training content from the ground up. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role, working closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Key Accountabilities
- Conduct assessments to identify ICT training needs across the organisation
- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to define training requirements
- Design and develop training programs and materials using contemporary modalities, including:
o E-learning content
o Presentations and training collateral
- Ensure training content remains current with system functionality and business process changes
- Supporting a newly implemented Water Compliance Management System
- Developing training materials where little existing documentation exists
- Distilling complex business and system requirements into practical, user-focused training
- Keeping training content aligned with ongoing system changes
- Strong background in information technology with familiarity across ICT tools and platforms
- Demonstrated experience developing training content across multiple formats, including:
o Video content
o E-manuals
o In-person and virtual training sessions
- Proven ability to work with stakeholders and SMEs to translate technical information into accessible learning content
- Experience working in complex, fast-paced or government environments (highly regarded)
