We are partnered with a digital asset and cross-border payment firm to hire a Senior Product Manager to lead its OTC trading, crypto/digital asset, and core operational platforms. This role will drive product strategy and execution across regulated trading workflows spanning front, middle, and back-office systems.
You will work closely with Trading, Treasury, Risk, Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Engineering to build scalable, institutional-grade infrastructure that supports complex trading and settlement activities across fiat and digital assets.
Key responsibilities include driving Product Strategy, owning end-to-end FX and OTC trade lifecycle, including pricing, quoting, execution, hedging, settlement, and ledger booking. This role will also lead product development for crypto and digital asset workflows, including spot/OTC trading, liquidity sourcing, wallet management, and on-chain/off-chain settlement.
Our Ideal Candidate
- 7+ years of product management experience within fintech, trading platforms, financial services, or digital asset firms, with strong knowledge of OTC markets, including trade lifecycle and market infrastructure.
- Hands-on understanding of crypto trading, custody, wallet systems, and settlement mechanics.
- Proven experience owning end-to-end product strategy in regulated environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive decisions across complex organisational structures.
- Experience with post-trade processing, reconciliation, and settlement systems.
- Exposure to middle-office/back-office operations and ledger management.
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting and audit processes within financial or digital asset markets.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, as this role will work closely with China-based vendors.
