A financial services platform sitting at the intersection of capital markets, technology, and institutional liquidity is scaling its commercial team and is looking to add a Platform Sales professional to drive institutional adoption across Asia.
This is a front-office, revenue-generating role focused on selling a trading and execution platform to institutional clients, including banks, asset managers, hedge funds, and proprietary trading firms.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Driving client acquisition and platform adoption across institutional accounts
- Managing senior stakeholder relationships (Trading Heads, Portfolio Managers, CIOs, COOs)
- Working closely with product, trading, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Acting as the commercial bridge between client flow and the platform’s liquidity and execution capabilities
- Supporting strategic initiatives as the platform scales regionally
The Ideal Candidacy:
- Background in institutional sales, electronic trading, platform sales, or capital markets distribution
- Strong understanding of trading workflows, market structure, and execution
- Comfortable selling complex, multi-product solutions rather than single products
- Entrepreneurial mindset - able to build, not just maintain, a client franchise
- Strong communication skills and credibility with institutional decision-makers
