A market leader in the Medical Device industry is seeking a highly skilled FP&A Manager to drive the financial planning and performance management across the region. Working closely with senior business leaders, local finance teams, and global counterparts, the position provides forward-looking insight, commercial support, and financial discipline to help guide strategic and operational decisions.
The role owns regional budgeting, recurring forecast cycles, bringing together inputs from different countries while ensuring consistency with the group expectations. It plays a key role in reviewing financial outcomes each month, assessing results across income statement, cash flow, balance sheet, and investment spend, and translating movements into clear narratives around risks, opportunities, and business drivers for leadership. As a business partner, the role supports regional and country leadership with analysis that challenges assumptions, improves performance, and informs strategic initiatives. This includes building financial models for growth projects, investments, and other ad-hoc evaluations as needed. Close collaboration with global finance teams is required to align on priorities, share guidance, and embed group direction across the region.
The ideal candidate should be CA or ACCA with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance. He/she brings at least 10 years of relevant experience in financial planning & analysis within the consumer products, medical device or products-focused space. You should have strong regional background and supervisory experience. Experience in Hyperion, and being adept in excel is also crucial.
