Change Manager – Office Relocations

Join a high‑profile office relocation program as Change Manager, leading change and communications for five remaining site moves impacting around 1,000 employees. You’ll step into a complex, fast‑moving environment with a proven relocation change framework already in place, and focus on delivering a smooth experience and strong adoption across multiple locations.
What you’ll be doing
Own end‑to‑end change management and communications for office relocations, aligned to internal communications style and brand.
Deliver practical, site‑specific communications, onboarding and induction activities to get people ready for Day 1 and Week 1 in their new workplace.
Reinforce expectations for respectful use of shared spaces, including cleanliness, etiquette and shared accountability.
Partner with senior leaders to align messaging and ensure visible sponsorship of the change.
Work closely with Business Unit representatives to support effective information cascades and local engagement.
Act as a core member of the project team across multiple workstreams, juggling priorities across several locations and stakeholder groups.
Coordinate readiness and adoption of systems, processes and ways of working linked to the relocations.
Support the move to flexible / hybrid environments (shared desks and varied work settings).
Collaborate with IT, Project Managers and Facilities to deliver integrated workplace outcomes and a great employee experience.

Relocations are smooth, well‑coordinated and low‑disruption.
Employees are clearly informed, prepared and supported through the change.
Week 1 at each new site feels organised, welcoming and productive.
Change effectiveness and adoption are measured and clearly reported.
