- T echnical/Telephony Business Analyst – Contact Centre Platform
- Location: Sydney CBD (Hybrid)
- Contract: Until 30 June 2027
- Rate: Up to $943 per day + super
- Engagement: Full-time contract
This role will suit a technically minded BA with strong experience across contact centre technologies, ideally NICE CXOne, who enjoys working across both business and technical stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Elicit, analyse, and manage functional and non-functional requirements
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions
- Map requirements to system functionality and perform gap analysis
- Support design, build, and implementation phases
- Manage ongoing stakeholder and vendor engagement
- Ensure traceability across the delivery lifecycle
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst
- Strong experience with contact centre platforms (NICE CXOne highly desirable)
- Experience working with vendors and managing supplier relationships
- Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation (user stories, use cases, etc.)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience across full project lifecycles
- Long-term contract through to 30 June 2027
- Up to $943/day + super
