What You’ll Do
- Drive regional revenue growth by originating new fund services mandates and expanding relationships with asset managers, fund managers and institutional clients
- Take end-to-end ownership of the sales process, from prospecting and pitching through to deal execution and onboarding
- Develop a deep understanding of client operating models and regulatory needs to position differentiated fund servicing solutions
- Work closely with internal relationship management, product and operations teams to ensure seamless client delivery
- Contribute to regional go-to-market planning and provide structured market intelligence on competitors and client trends
- Act as a brand ambassador through participation in industry forums, conferences and client events
- Maintain strong awareness of regulatory frameworks relevant to fund servicing in the region
What You Bring
- Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field
- At least 5 years’ experience in sales, business development or client coverage within asset management, fund administration or financial services
- Proven ability to build senior-level client relationships and convert opportunities into revenue
- Strong communication, presentation and commercial negotiation skills
- Highly self-motivated, organised and comfortable working in a regional, growth-focused role
- Fluency in English is required; Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a strong advantage
- SFC Type 1 and/or Type 4 license preferred
- Willingness to travel across the region
