  • Coverage team focusing on various products; debt financing/ capital markets/ M&A / leveraged and acquisition finance (open to candidates with only one product experience who wants to try everything else)
  • Regional focus: SEA

   Responsibilities would include: 
  • Originating, structuring and executing complex financing transactions for clients across various product offerings such as structured financing, leveraged & acquisition financing, cash & trade, treasury, capital markets, M&A etc
  • Establish networks and relationships with clients across Asia, demonstrating an understanding of their business needs and ability to generate ideas / solutions
  • Identifying opportunities for clients regarding growth or financing structures
  • Ability to utilise financial analysis/ modelling skills in building DCF, valuation, and complex financial models with P&L, balance sheet and cashflow projections
  • Prepare credit proposals including financials, shareholder, corporate, financing structure, credit and market/industry analysis. Identify relevant credit issues and work out viable financing solutions for clients.
  • Good stakeholder management and liaise with different teams, externally and internally
  • Keeping in the loop of all sector trends, market knowledge and industry developments
  • Mentoring and training juniors  
 
Profile of Ideal Candidate: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in Debt / Corporate Financing, Structured / Leverage Finance, loan syndication, Sector Coverage, Strategic Advisory, M&A, Capital Markets
  • Open to all candidates from various sector teams – could be any sectors.
  • Financial modelling experience is needed *MANDATORY  
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and lead teams across origination and execution
  • Strong work ethics and excellent learning / work attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision 
  • Analytical and numerate with basic accounting and finance knowledge
  • Strong problem solving skills
