Our client is looking to hire a Sales Overlay for Endpoint Management Solutions for APAC.  You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our endpoint security business. This position involves collaborating closely with the field sales team to support our Enterprise Customers and Partners in positioning and selling our Endpoint Management Solutions. The primary goal is to guide, strategize, share best practices, and compete effectively to win deals. 


Key Responsibilities:

 
Subject Matter Expertise:
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Endpoint Management Solutions, providing in-depth knowledge and support to the field sales team.
 
Collaboration with Sales Teams:
  • Establish and maintain a highly collaborative working relationship with the internal sales teams in the assigned region.
  • Support the field sales team in pursuing Endpoint Management related business opportunities, providing guidance and best practices.
 
Go-to-Market Strategy:
 
  • Work closely with functional teams, Product Management, and sales teams to formulate and execute a robust go-to-market strategy for Endpoint Management Solutions.
  • Identify areas of improvement to increase market awareness and share.
 
Customer Relationship Management:
 
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships at the executive level, including CISO, CIO, and other decision-makers responsible for endpoint security.
  • Develop and present compelling business cases to customers, showcasing the value of our Endpoint Management Solutions.
 
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
 
  • Partner closely with Account Managers, Solutions Engineers, and Professional Services to align technology architecture with the customer's desired business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure successful product adoption and realization of the full value of the customer’s technology investment.
 
Channel Partners and Outreach:
 
  • Work with Advisory Firms, Channel Partners, Resellers, and Systems Integrators to penetrate new accounts and extend the reach of our Endpoint Management Solutions in the assigned geography.

Market Expertise:
 
  • Be recognized internally as a subject-matter expert on endpoint management, including understanding the market landscape, competition, and differentiation of our solutions.
 
Sales Support:
 
  • Support the sales team in identifying, scoping, negotiating, and closing new sales opportunities to meet and exceed established sales quotas.


Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales or consultancy, with a focus on endpoint security or management solutions.
  • Demonstrated history of consistent software sales, meeting or exceeding assigned quotas.
  • Successful collaboration as part of a sales/account team in a strategic selling capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of endpoint security best practices, associated terminology, and technology employed by large enterprises.
  • Familiarity with endpoint security vendors and products, with an emphasis on comparing and differentiating our solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, capable of presenting technical concepts and product solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory and other locations when necessary.
