The Solution Architect will play a key role in shaping and executing winning strategies for large-scale IT Infrastructure service engagements. This position is responsible for defining deal approaches, developing solutions, and fostering strong collaboration across internal teams and clients to secure major outsourcing and infrastructure opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with Vertical Sales, the Business Acquisition Group (Bid Management and Managed Services Solution teams), and Technical Presales functions (Hybrid Cloud, Digital Workplace, Networks, Cybersecurity, Service Management, Cloud, IoT, and Applications) to design and execute a winning pursuit strategy.
  • Partner with Business Management Group leadership to support selected regional and global initiatives.
  • Develop optimal, competitive solutions and pricing models together with bid management and technical presales teams.
  • Represent and articulate proposed solutions, commercial models, and value propositions during client workshops, including value discovery sessions, solution defenses, due diligence, and BAFO stages.
  • Build strong relationships and mindshare with clients as well as internal stakeholders throughout the sales lifecycle.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Presales or Solution Architecture.
  • Proven technical and commercial expertise across at least two to three service domains such as Digital Workplace, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Networks, or Service Management.
  • Hands-on experience in solution design or presales for large IT Infrastructure engagements.
  • Exposure to diverse industry verticals such as Manufacturing, Automotive, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Retail & CPG, Professional Services, and Government sectors.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills in English, with the ability to present technical concepts in a clear, business-oriented manner.
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement abilities, with a collaborative and consultative approach.
  • Flexibility to support pursuits across different time zones and during weekends, as needed.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively as required.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and work effectively in diverse, cross-functional teams.
