The Role:
Our client is an international law firm in Hong Kong. They are now seeking a ship finance lawyer in their well-established ship finance practice group. You will be working with an experienced team and advising banks, financial institutions, leasing firms and shipping companies in range of financing, asset-based lending, debt restructuring and leasing transactions with a particular focus on the transportation and maritime sectors.
Requirements:
- Hong Kong of common law legal qualification
- Solid experience in general banking or asset finance
- Candidates with relevant experience but less PQE will also be considered
