The Role:

Our client is a Biotech company with regional presence and is looking to hire a Legal Counsel. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive legal (Pre IPO, capital markets filing) and corporate secretarial support across various jurisdictions. Reporting to the General Counsel, this dynamic position entails reviewing, drafting, and executing a range of commercial agreements, ensuring listing compliance with regulatory requirements, and conducting legal research. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who thrives in independent work settings and excels under tight deadlines.


Requirements:

  • 4 to 6 PQE with a focus on Corporate and Capital markets transactions
  • Qualified in Singapore or other common law jurisdictions
  • Proven track record in Regulatory Transactions
  • Excellent business judgment and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented mindset.
