The Role
 
My Client, a Multinational Oil Major, is a seeking an experienced and commercial sound Senior Legal Counsel to handle upstream O&G bids and proposals. Prior disputes experience in a law firm is advantageous. This exciting position boasts a global mandate and you will be working on upstream O&G projects
You will:
  • Be legally trained with at least 10-12 years of relevant working experience within the Oil & Gas space; prior experience in a major international law firm or in-house at a multinational will be advantageous
  • Singapore Bar Admission or Common Law experience
  • Possess commanding expertise in downstream or upstream O&G exploration contracts
  • Possess knowledge of arbitration or dispute management
  • Be comfortable working both collaboratively and independently within a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Gravitas and maturity dealing with senior internal and external stakeholders
