The Role:

My Client is a global financial institution seeking to hire a senior legal counsel to provide legal support to the Wealth Management and Bancassurance business. You will be responsible for the review and approval of products. You will be part of a collegial, established and well-regarded team advising on legal, regulatory and product matters.


You will have:

  • 10 years of PQE with prior experience in Banking or Banking litigation/exposure to regulatory matters
  • Possess some knowledge and experience with retail banking/bespoke wealth /insurance products
  • Regulatory knowledge of securities and financial advisory regulation
  • Experience in understanding legal and regulatory risks for Wealth Management products across a variety of asset classes including securities, structured products, funds and insurance products
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
