The Role:
Our client seeks a highly motivated Senior Legal Counsel to provide legal projects experience to business units in Singapore and Southeast Asia. Key responsibilities include offering legal advice to senior management, and drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements typical in the energy and utilities industry. 

Requirements:
  • LLB (Hons), admitted to the Singapore Bar or Commonwealth Jurisdictions
  • At least 8 to 10 years PQE or of relevant experience preferably in the energy sector
  • Familiarity laws within ASEAN jurisdiction is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proactive team player attitude, capable of working independently and quickly understanding various businesses.
