The Role:
As the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and supporting key growth initiatives. You will lead efforts in management reporting, financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting. In this high-impact role, you will also create business cases for strategic decision-making and provide insights on significant commercial deals globally.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead management reporting, financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting for key growth initiatives.
  • Develop comprehensive business cases to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
  • Advise on major commercial deals on a global scale, providing financial expertise and insights.
  • Leverage data analytics for process automation and streamlining financial workflows.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to optimize financial performance and drive business growth.
 
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a senior finance business partner or similar role, ideally within a tech or software solutions company.
  • Strong skills in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
  • Excellent business acumen with the ability to provide strategic financial insights and advise on high-stakes commercial deals.
  • Passion for leveraging data analytics to drive process optimization and automation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
