- Experience with SFC Type 1, 4, 9 activities required

Our Client is a pioneer in the digital banking space in Hong Kong, seeking an experienced Responsible Officer to be the liaison between the Bank and regulatory bodies, supervising SFC Type 1, 4, 9 regulated activities and managing daily operations, ensuring all business activities comply with SFC rules and regulations.
You will:
- Hold a strong Degree in a relevant discipline, with prior experience as an RO in a similar setting advantageous.
- Be an expert in SFC Type 1, 4, 9 licenses and related regulations, and with strong experience in securities trading in global markets
- Prior experience in a retail bank or digital bank desired
- Possess excellent communication skills and are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders in both English and Mandarin
- Be comfortable working both independently and within a team
